Hello all. My foster mom had to go away for a few days so I'm stayin wif Nelia and her famlie for a few days.
When I got dere lass nite I waz kinda confuzd but everyfing turned out ok. Dere's 2 boyz fer me ta play wif; one is a big chocolate dog (didn't know bulldogz came in chocolate but Nelia said he's what dey call ALAB); the udder one is a crazy boy - runnin aroun tryin ta play wif me an all.
I was very nice to dem. We all put jakets on (mine was nice an warm an red) and went for a walkies. I rode in da back of the SUV in a soft crate (Nelia said I did great in da crate) and it was only a short ways drive to go walkies an I behaved myself very well. We had a good walk and I never even got tired; I did some zoomies wit CrazyBoy just to make him happy da dork.
When we got back to da house I took a long rest in da nice donut bed that theyz reserved for me. Oh yeah, I also taught Nelia a new twick - I used my superbulldogpowerz to wish for Nelia to say "Phoebe Come" - when she says that I run ta her (just like de boyz) and I sit real real fast and look up at her with my cute eyes and Bahm.. I get a cookie. I tried dis over and over and over it works every time :-).
I knowz that I'm used to sleep on da bed but I just can't do dat here so I slept in my nice donut bed wit a blanky ta cover me up. I slept all nite like a baby. Can't wait ta see what we do tonight fer my vacation - dis is fun. Later.

Welcome Miss Phoebe
Well, where do I begin. It started with this lump on my chest and it kept getting bigger. My family took me to the vet but they wanted a gazillion dollars for the tests and surgery to make me well again and they just couldn't do it. So they contacted Cascade Bulldog Rescue to see if they could help me. Cindy came and got me right away and took me to River Road Animal Hospital. The Vet said they could do the surgery in a couple of days, so I went to Lou's house, my new foster Mom and got to hang out there until it was time. There are two bullies at her house so I have lots of company.
Now that I have had my surgery I feel so much better. Lou has been spoiling me with lots of love and treats. At bed time, when she puts me on the bed, I get under the covers and lay on her pillow. She tried to have me sleep in a crate but I wasn't going for it. She says I snore real loud, what ever that means.
I'm looking for a forever family that will let me snuggle on the couch and sleep on their bed because that's what I'm used to. I also don't do stairs well so a one level home with limited stairs would be best and oh yeah, someone who is around most of the day to pet and love me. I like allot of attention. If you might be my forever family please fill out an adoption application and contact my foster Mom, Lou. I'm not healed yet but will be ready to go soon
Thanks for checking on me,
Phoebs

Welcome Phoebe
Phoebe was surrendered to us because her family did not have the resources to provide her with the operation she needed to remove a mammary tumor the size of a tennis ball from her chest. CBRR immediately scheduled the surgery which she received last Wednesday.
She is recovering well and starting to look for a new family to love and take care of her. She is looking for someone who is home most of the day and will allow her to snuggle on the couch and sleep in their bed. She's very loving and likes constant attention, a one level home with limited steps would work best for her.
If you feel you could give Phoebe the home she is looking for please fill out an adoption form. She still has some continuing care but will be ready soon. Please donate to Phoebes care. Donations from you allow us to help sweet bullies like her. Contact Lou if you need additional information.
